One of DOVER DEMOLITION’s specialist lines of work are strip-outs from commercial, retail and residential for the private and government sector. From partial house extensions and renovations (including the removal and disposal of asbestos material), to large warehouses or multi-storey soft strip and gut out of buildings is our line of work.  With our experienced personnel in this field and our small specialist demolition equipment that is suitable for restricted access in internal buildings and, for delicate and intricate partial demolition projects. We are confident in completing projects on time and on budget.

Soft demolition involves the demolition and removal of “soft” materials, such as drywall, wood, T-bar ceilings, carpets, doors and frames, bathroom fixtures, tile, and light fixtures.

Examples of soft demolition include strip-outs of commercial buildings or removal of interior sections of a residential building in preparation for renovation. We perform these services by hand when access is limited or there are restrictions on noise (for example, in an office building with offices in use on other floors).

When possible, demolition may be performed with skid-steer loaders or robotic demolition machines.
